Tuesday, February 14    |    10:30am - 11:20am

The selection of external expertise can be the most important decision of an investment committee.  The selectin of discretionary or non-discretionary consultants need to be made with the thoroughness and due diligence that it would expect a CIO to use in choosing key investment managers.  The process is complex and time-consuming and can have a major impact on the performance of the endowment and its future.  This session will look at the framework for delegating these decisions and the process behind the process of selecting external expertise
