Holden leads the finance and investment functions of this comprehensive philanthropic platform that has $2 billion in assets under management and makes 9,000 grants totaling $175 million annually from its endowments, donor advised funds, and supporting organizations. Prior to September 2013, he was a Managing Director at Cambridge Associates, advising endowments of mission-driven organizations on their investment portfolios and developing impact investing frameworks. Holden's career also includes serving as a nonprofit chief financial officer and as a private equity investor. He holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School and an A.B. in politics from Princeton University.
