Josh serves as President of Mill Creek Capital Advisors, LLC, is a Principal and serves on the firm’s Investment Committee. In each year of 2012‐2016, Josh has been honored as one of America’s Top 100 Independent Financial Advisors by Barron’s Magazine (#22 in 2016). In 2014 through 2016, Josh was named in Barron’s Magazine Top 1200 Financial Advisor ranking, which honors the top 1% of investment advisors nationwide. Prior to co‐founding MCCA, Josh was a Principal at Hirtle, Callaghan & Co. and served as a member of the Investment Policy Committee, which governed the firm’s asset allocation recommendations and manager selection. Previously, Josh worked at Quantex Microsystems and he served active duty in the United States Navy aboard the carrier U.S.S. America (CV‐66). Josh earned a B.A. from Rutgers University and an M.B.A. from The Pennsylvania State University. Josh served on the board of Peach New Media (Marshfield Hills, MA) until its successful sale in 2015. Josh co‐founded and serves on the board of the Scarlet Knights Wrestling Club & Foundation, which supports The Rutgers University wrestling team. Josh actively serves on the boards and investment committees of Einstein Healthcare Network, Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia, The Philadelphia Orchestra and Westtown School. Josh is the Investment Committee Chair for Einstein Healthcare Network, Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia, and Hillside School. Josh is an active member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) in the Pennsylvania Chapter.
