Vanessa Bartram, Managing Partner of ZORA, is an impact entrepreneur turned impact investor. Vanessa began her career in investment banking in Mexico City with KPMG Corporate Finance, providing sell-side advisory and restructuring services to mid-market companies. She later founded the Miami HR company WorkSquare, which she grew to $25+ million in revenue. Vanessa is also the Founding Board Member of LAVAN, a network of impact investors inspired by Jewish learning in their pursuit of social and environmental change. She holds an MBA from Harvard, a BA from Princeton University, and is a Heritage Fellow with the Wexner Foundation.
