Michael Hoffman is President & CEO of Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County, a position he has held since 2015. In his capacity, Michael is focused on developing and transforming one of the fastest growing Jewish communities in North America. He comes to Palm Beach with more than 25 years of experience in the Jewish Federation system building a leadership portfolio focused on advancing financial resource development and expanding community engagement. In his time in the Palm Beaches, Michael has repositioned Federation’s efforts to strengthening the organization’s collaborative partnerships with agencies, synagogues and other institutions while bolstering initiatives to inspire current and future leaders to increase community and philanthropic involvement. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati and a master’s degree from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work at Yeshiva University.

Michael and his wife Naomi are the proud parents of two teenagers.
