Lisa Schneider is the managing director of Russell Investments’ non-profit and healthcare systems businesses. In this capacity, she is responsible for leading the organization's efforts in developing and delivering strategic advice and investment management solutions for non-profit and healthcare clients and prospects. Lisa is responsible for driving Russell Investments’ business strategy in these segments, as well as providing direction on investment strategy, risk management and investment implementation. Additionally, Lisa is part of the senior management team responsible for the direction of the institutional business at Russell Investments’. Lisa's depth of experience with healthcare systems leads her to be a featured speaker at industry conferences and a key contributor to Russell Investments’ thought leadership.

From 2007 – 2012, Lisa managed the client service team responsible for delivering strategic advice and implementation solutions to Russell Investments’ U.S. investment management clients. Lisa's team provided leading-edge advice and service, achieving an industry leading rate of retention. Prior to this role, Lisa served as a client executive with direct responsibility for managing several key client relationships. She worked alongside her clients to develop outcome oriented investment programs, performance measurement criteria, and long-term strategic asset allocation parameters.

Lisa has a long history with Russell Investments in a number of analytical and client service roles. She joined Russell Investments in 1988 as a technical analyst with the company’s consulting practice. In this capacity, she was responsible for providing analytical support on consulting projects for Russell Investments’ retainer clients.
